I got this lovely Hong Kong-style Radish Cake from @caitoucake and 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐭-𝐢𝐧-𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫-𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. The overall flavour of the Radish Cake with Chinese sausage and dried shrimp in it was good too. ⁣Their garlicky Sambal Chilli complements the Radish Cake very well, not very spicy and full of flavour. Yum!😋

Me and my family love the savoury radish cake, as it is filled with generous fillings of Radish cubes, dried shrimp and Chinese Sausage. Coupled with their vegan One Punch Chilli, it's perfect 😋. Oh yes they do offer Vegan option for their Radish Cake too. We all agree that 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 as they specialise in this item.

Every ingredient found inside our caitoucakes is lovingly prepared by our family of caitoukias. From dicing the lupcheong, soaking and frying the hei bi, chopping the radish and mixing the flour radish - we promise you a taste of Hong Kong straight from our kitchen to yours.

Made fresh, daily

Caitoucakes are steamed to perfection, cooled then chilled so that it lasts up to two weeks in your refrigerators. Each caitoucake is prepared fresh daily, so you're guaranteed a tray of delicious carrot cake that keeps well on the day of delivery. Portion with a clean knife and re-seal to keep well.

Prep it your way

Slice it, dice it, or have it straight from the tray! Our caitoucakes taste great in any way you like it - pan fried, air fried, fried with eggs or steamed.

Pro tip: heat a dash of vegetable oil on a non-stick pan to achieve that perfect layer of golden brown crispy skin.
